INSTALLATION PROCESS

THE FORTIS EASY PANEL
SYSTEM IS A
SIMPLE TRACK OF
JOINED PANELS
AND
ACCESSORIES.
  1. Galvanized U Channel (shall be covered by flooring system).
  2. Direct fastening nails 20mm long, spaced at every 500 mm.
  3. 6mm thick fibre cement board.
  4. EPS with regular portland cement.
  5. Fortis Easy Panel multibond PVA.
  6. Fortis Easy Panel jointing compound.
  7. Boral jointing tape & boral premium premix finish.
  8. Ø-12mm Dowel rebar chemically bonded by Fortis Easy Panel Group anchor grout with 50 mm minimum penetration from each side @ every 1.00 MTR.
  9. Hilti CP 606 fire sealant.
  10. R.C.C column / wall.
  11. Fortis Easy Panel light weight panel.
  12. Rockwool / glass fibre insulation board.
  13. Wall finish as per schedule.
  14. Wall finish as per finishing schedule.
  15. R.C.C slab.

Fix Channel/Angle to floor and ceiling

Place the panel in the channel and slide into position

Apply adhesive to the mating surfaces and slide the next panel into position

Tape Panel joints and fill

The Panels are ready to be painted
